Picture yourself creating and delivering a fun and unique customer experience to over 2,100 loyal members with a staggering 11,000 check-ins per month.  You will inspire, coach and develop a loyal team to smash budgeted KPI's, sales targets and ensure costs are met. You will drive the acquisition strategy and ensure yield is in line with set targets. 

You will demonstrate a strong financial understanding of profit and loss accounts and be responsible for all areas of the Health Club & Spa.

You'll be in command of our busy 365 days of the year business, which encompasses, tennis courts, indoor / outdoor studio, busy reception, gym and our pool plant, together with our popular Waterbeach treatment suite.

You'll have the opportunity to make a big impact across this 10 month maternity cover, creating an exciting range of events and services to WOW our members and guests, increasing our profile and making them want to rush back for more.

What do I need?

• Sales and Marketing
• 5 Years management experience
• Commercial mindset
• Proven success with luxury brands at B2B / B2C levels
• Excellent knowledge of industry trends and influences
• Ability to influence and lead a successful team
