Restaurant Supervisor

Restaurant 24 – Goodwood Art Foundation

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and passionate Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Restaurant 24, located within the Goodwood Art Foundation.

You’ll play a key role in delivering a warm, welcoming and consistently high-quality dining experience, showcasing locally sourced, expertly created dishes from Goodwood Home Farm and beyond.

Supporting the Restaurant Manager, you’ll help lead the front of house team, ensuring service runs seamlessly while maintaining high standards and developing those around you.

The Goodwood Art Foundation is now open, welcoming visitors Thursday to Sunday, with Restaurant 24 at the heart of this unique cultural destination.

What you’ll have:

  • A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience
  • Prior experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or café environment is desirable
  • A good level of Food & Beverage knowledge
  • A positive, friendly and proactive approach
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships
  • A passion for developing and supporting others
  • Attention to detail and pride in high standards
  • A team-focused mindset with a sense of fun
  • Awareness of Health & Safety and Food Safety practices
  • Knowledge of the Weights & Measures Act 1963 and relevant updates
