Variety is the spice of life and you'll be providing professional & confidential HR advice, administration on ER issues, together with supporting our HR Partners with fresh, impactful and engaging recruitment and Learning & Development activities.

You will be in the Hub of People & Development, collating monthly / quarterly HR Metrics and helping run regular focus groups to help inform our future focus areas. Supporting with investigations, disciplinary hearings, grievances, parental leave process and restructures are just some of the areas you'll be getting involved with.

What do you need to be successful?

Experience of working in a generalist HR Advisor role, ideally within the private sector
A team player who can quickly gain the trust of our stakeholders
A good all round knowledge of best practice HR principles and procedures
A natural communicator, delivering a best-in-class approach to HR
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and HR Systems
Energy, enthusiasm and an infectious can-do attitude
