I am working closely with my client, a respected organisation near Redhill, for the recruitment of a permanent and full-time Finance Manager.

Reporting to the Finance Director, this role involves taking full responsibility for the production of management accounts and analysis.

Primary duties to include:

• Preparing monthly management accounts, including Variance Analysis
• Accruals & Prepayments
• Budget setting & Forecasting
• Supervising a small management accounts team of 2

The ideal candidate WILL BE:

• ACCA, CIMA or ACA qualified (absolutely essential)
• Comfortable with training and supervising staff
• COnfident in all aspects of management accounting
• Experienced in Budgets & Forecasts
