This is a key post within the Aldingbourne Country Centre team.

You will support clients with learning difficulties to take an active role at the Aldingbourne Country Centre.

This will involve working with people to assist our clients to undertake work based training in various activities. Key to this is actively promoting client development and independence and documenting progression and support requirements.

A positive and flexible approach to support and communication is required.

The contractual hours for this post are 37.5 hours per week.

(8:30 am - 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday)
