We are recruiting for a Casual Receptionist to join our friendly team at The Kennels Members' Club. The successful candidate must be flexible to cover shifts throughout the week and weekends. 

You will offer a personalised and memorable welcome to our members by being the face of The Kennels and you will be friendly and confident, with excellent customer service skills and great personal presentation.

Due to the rural location, your own reliable transport is essential.

It is vital that you are a friendly and enthusiastic person, who thrives on delivering exceptional customer experiences. 

Your duties will include:

• Answering and transferring calls;
• Responding to queries;
• Meeting, greeting and seating those who are dining in the restaurant;
• Managing and responding to emails.

Previous hospitality and reception experience would be an advantage, although training will be provided.

You will be entitled to free staff meals whilst working full day shifts.
