This is a brilliant opportunity to play a central role in campus life: supporting students day-to-day, answering queries, coordinating key admin and bookings, and helping shape a positive and engaging student experience.

What you’ll be doingIn this varied and people-focused role, you’ll:
be the first point of contact for student enquiries (non-academic)
support students with a wide range of questions, information and signposting
work closely with Academic & Student Services to make sure students receive the right support quickly
support student arrivals and induction, open days and student events
assist with student accommodation and bookings, including profiles, room allocation and reporting
help enhance student wellbeing and contribute to an inclusive and supportive campus environment
support with routine checks, inspections and follow-up actions linked to student residential areas
You’ll be visible, approachable and engaged — someone who helps students feel settled, supported and able to thrive.
What we’re looking forYou’ll be:
confident, friendly and solutions-focused, with excellent customer service skills
highly organised, able to multi-task and prioritise with great attention to detail
comfortable using different systems (including Microsoft 365) and handling data confidentially
able to work independently and as part of a wider team across the College
flexible and willing to occasionally work evenings/weekends as needed
Experience in a higher education or student-facing environment is a bonus, but not essential if you’ve got the right mindset and capability.
