The below is a list of duties that will be carried out in the role of Sales Administrator
- Account Managing a customer list as agreed with the Sales Director. Working to a forecast & implementing pricing structures, processes & pro-active sales ideas
- Looking after the Administration requirements of Specific Customers managed by the Sales Director
- Arranging quotes for existing and potential customers.
- Order Processing own customer list and requirements of Sales Director
- Sage invoicing
- Answering incoming telephone calls & visitors to the factory
- Working with the Sales Director on Marketing projects including research & follow up.
- Communicating with all production departments on customer requirements
- Oversee deliveries & purchasing of specific materials & components from outside sources.
- Reasonable Customer visits maybe required with or without the Sales Director
- To remain flexible in an administrative capacity to help other departments
