Salary £18,765.00pa (10,667.00 pro-rata)

Stonepillow has social enterprise projects in Chichester comprising a large retail warehouse, selling predominantly furniture, white goods and electrical products, and run with the assistance of clients and other volunteers.

Based at our Retail Warehouse in Terminus Road, Chichester, you will maintain the sales desk dealing with customer sales, booking in collections and deliveries on the Retail Calendar and answering telephone enquiries whilst delivering excellent customer service to our customers. You will also focus on maximising the income through sales, by using commercial decision-making and creative flair.

Contributing to maintaining high levels of merchandising and housekeeping whilst managing the stock process to ensure correct density levels and stock rotation should come naturally. You will be responsible for the daily running of the shop and management of volunteers in the Managers absence.

Previous Charity Retail experience an advantage particularly of a furniture outlet.

Experience of Gift Aid and EPOS a distinct advantage.
