This role will be integral to University plans to grow and develop the delivery of degree apprenticeships.


Based at the Bognor Regis Campus the role holder will work closely with the University''s Apprenticeships Manager to support the delivery of the University Apprenticeships strategy. You will lead on the development of relationships with FE Colleges and school sixth forms, providing information about degree apprenticeships and promoting Chichester programmes to students and tutors. You will deliver presentations to students, parents and/or employers at a range of events and you will provide support to employers with their recruitment of apprentices. You will also support the Apprenticeships Manager in ensuring compliance with external and internal processes, regulations and legislation, and will be expected to liaise with University colleagues, external agencies, employers and potential apprentices.


To be successful in this role it is essential that you have an understanding of the Apprenticeship environment, strong planning, organisational and project management skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability and confidence to undertake regular presentations and liaison with a variety of groups.
