We are a small, independent estate agent situated on the coast dealing with sales, lettings and a busy holiday rental department.

We are seeking a part time (or possibly full time) Property / Lettings Manager to run our small portfolio of long term rental properties.

Hours will be by arrangement, which can be flexible; at present this would involve about 18 hours per week if part time.  A full-time position would be considered, you would then also be involved with the holiday rentals.  Full time would be 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday and both roles would also involve some Saturday working.

£18 - £23k (pro rata for part-time) 

Applicants should ideally be ARLA qualified and a knowledge of CFP lettings software would be a big plus.
