Our client is top 30 Chartered Accountancy firm with an immediate need for a Corporate Finance Manager to join their Central London Office.

You will be working directly with the Partners and Director, who play a very hands-on role within transactions. You can expect to participate in Business Development initiatives, deal with general admin, business development, transaction support and lead advisory. They support flexible working hours within this job and encourage a positive work environment

The London office is well connected, with a 5-minute walk from Moorgate Underground and 10 minutes from Old Street/Liverpool Street Station's.

What you'll be doing:

• Provide input to the structure and approach to leveraged transactions
• Planning, preparation, review of Business Plans, Information Memoranda and project teasers
• Research potential funders (equity and debt) and make approaches on behalf of the client, with appropriate information
• Lead small teams to complete field work and draft an appropriate report for review by the Partner
• Liaise with Kreston Reeves personnel in other offices and streams to complete the required work on a timely basis
• Assist with implementation of inter office corporate finance network to facilitate interoffice deal sharing and deal knowledge.
• Proactive participation in BD initiatives and events, liaising with central marketing team as required

About you:

• Previous Management experience
• Confident with assisting in Client facing tasks.
• Experience in both/either Transaction Support and Lead Advisory assignments
