Management Accountant

£40,000-50,000ps (negotiable)

An industry leading client, who has been at the forefront of their specialised sector for many years and leads through innovation, currently has a newly created opportunity for a commercially astute Management Accountant to join their 8-person finance team.

This is a really interesting company who work in a very project focused industry meaning the work is constantly evolving. They're presently building upon several years of healthy growth and expanding operations, meaning that new resources have to be added to the team. They offer an attractive office environment alongside a highly supportive and welcoming team ethos.

You'll report directly into the Group Financial Controller and have involvement at the senior / decision making level. Due to this the position would suit someone with confidence, charisma, and the ability to present financial information to a variety of stakeholders. You will be motivated in the workplace and enjoy guiding a business through meaningful reporting and analysis. You will very commercially minded and seek out process improvements and ways to truly add value within the team.

Candidate requirements:

• Ideally a Qualified Accountant however Part-Finalist level studiers will still be considered. There is room for negotiation for excellent candidates.
• Experience producing management accounts and providing meaningful insight
• Strong Excel skills to include pivot tables, lookups etc
• A motivated team player who is driven by success
