We are looking for a Creative Services Intern. This is a rare opportunity to develop and refine your creative skills as well as gain confidence in an exciting and fast paced commercial environment. You will help to deliver creative solutions in order to secure new business and current partnership contract renewals.

You will be responsible for supporting every stage of the creative process for potential and current Goodwood partners, initially starting with one-page proposals, and with support, progressing onto full sponsorship pitches with rights schedules and margin analyses.

You will work collaboratively to develop conceptual ideas designed to stand apart from our competitors and in the process will work closely with different stakeholders, including the Goodwood Partnership Team and Sponsorship Sales teams.

The Creative Services Team generate proposals for the whole of the Goodwood Estate and are responsible for generating unique commercial ideas to drive revenue into the business. Members of the team work collaboratively to develop conceptual ideas designed to stand apart from our competitors.

This role will be fixed-term initially with a view to being made permanent. It is a full-time position.

What will you need:

• Tenacity and resilience, with an inquisitive nature and drive to problem solve
• Experience of working in a fast paced and dynamic environment
• Good organisational skills
• Capacity for learning new skills and outstanding attention to detail
• Ability to think and work creatively, and excellent communication skills
• Experience in a creative environment or with sponsorship is preferable but not essential
