Our client is an established Marine engineering company who are looking for a Senior EC & I Design Engineer on a permanent basis. They are a supplier of maintenance and support to the Naval and defence industries. Applicants are invited to apply through FPR Tech and interviews will be carried out shortly.

You will require the following skills and experience:-

• Chartered Engineer status is essential • Manage the programme of work and associated budget for the Electrical Control and Instrumentation Team. • Undertake design works and effectively organise resources to undertake, as directed by the Principal Engineer. • Review and approve design deliverables in accordance with the relevant project procedures to meet the design statement of requirement. • Ensure that all design documents are managed through due process in accordance with the relevant procedures. • Advise on control and Instrumentation design queries, concessions, charges and any required design development.
