TECHNICAL ADVISOR, Customer Care, Medical Equipment
Part time hours (11am-4pm) based in Berkshire
£25Kpa pro rata plus service bonus, parking, gym

Working part-time Mon-Fri 10-4pm or 11-5pm. This is a customer care role, providing telephone support for Blood Glucose monitoring equipment and Lancing devices. Talking to customers, providing product, technical and clinical support. Training and support to the Sales Representatives, liaising with the marketing department and distributers.Candidates will have customer care experience, complimented by a qualification relating to science or clinical/medical background an advantage or equivalent works experience.
