We are looking for an individual to join the Income section of the Finance Department. 

Primary duties will be the collection of University debt, to include tuition fees, accommodation fees and sundry debt.  Working as part of a friendly team the successful applicant will possess the following attributes:

• Sound experience of credit control and sales ledger administration in an educational environment is a must; as is having worked in a large and busy department where customer face to face negotiation forms part of the regular routine.
• To communicate effectively with customers and staff of all levels of seniority and work under pressure with the minimum of supervision.
• To be an effective team player. 
• To be flexible and willing to adapt in a constantly changing environment. 
• Some occasional weekend work (Saturday only) may be required.
