Who are Direct Life?

Now a little about the role
You'll be making outbound calls to customers who have taken out life insurance or a protection product (there is no cold calling involved) to obtain more information from them about their life style and medical history before a policy can go on risk.  Whilst you do this you'll have to maintain a full and accurate record of the progress of the insurance application. When making the calls you'll have to follow a script and achieve set targets.  We require you to work three days from 12.30pm to 9pm (Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday) and two days from 9.30am to 6pm (37.5 in total per week).

What does our ideal candidate look like?
We hope to find someone who is a great communicator, has fantastic customer service skills and who has a keen eye for detail. We'd also like you to be reliable, hardworking and enthusiastic.  An interest in the Financial Services Industry would be a bonus but is not essential.
