We are looking for an experienced professional to join us. We are in the process of radically transforming the design of our services in order to deliver our purpose for our customers. Leaders and staff at all levels are engaged in this work, to study, redesign, and continuously improve our ability to deliver our purpose.

Our approach is based on the Vanguard Method for Systems Thinking, which focuses primarily on systemic effectiveness, rather than the performance of individual staff. So, while we'll need you to be an excellent leader of teams, we recognise that the key to improving effectiveness lies in improving the system in which all staff work, and all of our customers rely on. Since adopting this new approach in late-2015, we have seen measurable, sustained improvement in the performance of our system.

You will receive an intensive, personally tailored induction in which you will be taught how to design, manage, and continuously improve delivery of purpose in accordance with the Vanguard Method for Systems Thinking.
