We are currently recruiting for an experienced Marketing Executive to join an impressive and growing international based FMCG manufacturing organisation. This is a permanent position to be based in Hamble and you will coordinate & manage the set up, and change to packaging and labels for specific markets. This will include working with designers (in house and agency) to create artwork for EU customers. This role is office/ desk based with some occasional EU travel.

Your main duties and responsibilities will include:-

• Ownership of product launch workflow within allocated country responsibility, including Regional approvals,
• Contribute to fortnightly meetings with stakeholders on progress of approvals and liaising with local markets to update and progress projects accordingly.
• Regular communication to maintain strong relationships with stakeholders involved in approvals such as RA, planning and supply chain.
• Responsible for the creative review of private label designs within agreed markets, ensuring they comply with brand owner specifications, company technical specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Driving private label launches through to completion with close contact with local market. Working with customers directly (if required) on artwork / packaging Design.
• Liaise with and advise global packaging team on new packaging initiatives and ensure that these tie into European requirements.
• Support and driving through packaging approvals to ensure they tie in with the launch requirements
• Responsible for packaging creative as appropriate including briefing, evaluation, development and sign off.
• Communicate to allocated local markets as required on all packaging initiatives/progress/delays/challenges.

You will require the following skills and experience:-

• Strong project management & Product Launch experience

• Preferably degree educated within a Marketing/ Business related subject although candidates with key relevant experience will be considered

• CIM qualified

• Experience within a B2B marketing environment

• Experience managing projects to time and budget

• Third-party supplier experience, including creative agencies
