Sous Chef – Bournemouth – £28k plus Bonus

We are now on the look out for an experienced Sous Chef for this incredible restaurant in Bournemouth.

We are currently offering a fantastic position to join an exceptional business. It is exciting times for this restaurant group with further expansion plans in place for the later half of the year. This particular site boasts some incredible architecture and a prime position on the high street. The food quality and service are second to none and offer guests a great meal served in a friendly and relaxed environment.

This is a great chance for an experienced Sous Chef to enter into this company and the position presents genuine opportunities for progression into more senior roles. You will be involved in all aspects of the kitchen including running a large chef team, participating in busy services, ensuring food standards are kept high, training and coaching more junior staff making sure they are having a great time, all aspects of ordering as well as all HACCAP and COSHH requirements would have to be ensured and hitting your GP target is a must.

Experience in a similar branded role is preferential, but certainly working with fresh food on a daily basis. You will need to show drive, ambition, the capability to run a high volume service effectively and an ability to motivate and nurture talent within the team.

In return for all your hard work you will be paid a generous salary of up to 28k with an excellent financial bonus system in place for the high fliers of the group! You will be given every opportunity to progress and develop with-in an expanding business.
