Conveyancer – Gloucester

Well established firm with offices across Gloucestershire are seeking a Residential Conveyancer to join their Gloucester office.

The role will involve working closely with the Residential and Commercial Partners running your own caseload of property transactions, this will include sales, purchases, re-mortgages, buy-to-lets, leasehold transactions, new build transactions and shared ownership schemes.

You will be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 3 years post qualified experience advising on residential property transactions and be able to hit the ground running. You will have thorough knowledge of property law and practice and the ability to handle contracts and property work with limited supervision.

You will have the opportunity to become involved in the development of the department with good work and commitment being rewarded through progression within the firm.
