We are seeking Relief Support Workers to provide support to young adults who have a learning disability in shared houses. The aim of the service is to empower and enable people to become more independent and move into permanent accommodation within 2 years. You will be there to give them support to do this with cooking, shopping, budgeting, and getting out and about. The team need to provide 24 hour support which therefore includes evening, weekends and sleep in shifts.
