The Role of Commercial Property Solicitor:

The role will involve running your own caseload of files encompassing a range of property matters including support work. You will be required to work as part of a team and undertake marketing and business development activities.

Required skills of Commercial Property:

* Proven experience within a regarded commercial property department
* Able to run a broad caseload of matters for region and national clients including land developers and portfolio management
* Experience of some business development and marketing activities and increasing the client base.
* A highly flexible approach and the capability to work well and flourish within a team environment.
