HR Officer/Advisor, Exeter, up to £25k



I am currently seeking a part-qualified CIPD HR Officer or HR Advisor to join a fast paced, forward thinking organisation in the centre of Exeter. As a HR Generalist you will be used to working closely with line managers to increase capability and assist them with a variety of HR and employee relations issues. Working closely with the HR manager you will provide a high quality HR service which will encompass all the main strands of HR – recruitment, ER, employee development and comp and bens. You will have the ability to challenge managers on the implementation of policy and procedure and will be confident in giving legally sound HR advice.



The company are looking for an individual with a level of assertiveness, a 'can-do' attitude and the ability to prioritise time and workloads. You will have had expose to working in a fast paced commercial environment, have proven experience in a generalist HR position, have a sound knowledge of employment law and be committed to CIPD development
