This is a multi-skilled role dealing with a variety of policy administration tasks for individual and corporate clients by way of inbound and outbound calls and processing to include: Answering incoming sales and customer service phone calls Personal and corporate quotations New Business Processing Policy Adjustments Renewals Literature orders Job Responsibilities include: Sales support to direct sales force and brokers providing product advice and information.
Individual and corporate quotations.
Resolving new business enquiries following customer and sales force/brokers enquiries through both inbound and outbound calling.
Distribution of incoming and outgoing mail.
Monitoring of incoming email accounts.
Issuing new policy documentation using the system to a high standard of quality.
General administration of policies including mid term adjustments, cancellations and reinstatements using the in house system.
