This is an exciting opportunity to work as an HR Assistant within an established organisation in Avonmouth.

You should have previous HR experience as well as clear communication skills.

Duties:

  • Preparing documents, letters and references as required as well as gaining references for candidates
  • Arranging interviews and meetings
  • Inputting information into the database
  • Managing the work experience students
  • Monthly payroll including starters and leavers

    preferred skills

  • Self-motivated individual who is proactive and adaptable
  • Ability to manage own workload and prioritise tasks
  • IT skills including Microsoft Office
  • Experience within the HR sector is essential
