A flourishing, entrepreneurial business based in Havant is currently seeking a qualified and highly ambitious finance professional to join in the role of Financial Controller. Following several impressive years of growth and expansion, you individual will be joining at a very exciting time and play a lead role in their continued success.

As part of the senior management team, you will implement effective financial controls and reporting as well as being involved in making key business decisions around expansion prospects and acquisitions. It's foreseen this role quickly developing into a Finance Director role in line with business growth, in addition to this person recruiting and training a small team to support them. This is a career opportunity rather than just a '9-5' and flexibility will be required around busy periods.

Candidate Requirements:

• Qualified Accountant with ACA, CIMA or ACCA
• A dynamic, driven individual who communicates professionally and confidently at all levels
• Existing experience of leading an organisation through a similar period of change and expansion
• At least strong intermediate Excel skills, preferably advanced
